By purchasing any of our products you agree  that there might be minor set-up actions required (for example adjusting screws and mounting handle). This is due to safe shipment of your product.

We reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. This Agreement is an understanding between J.S Wilton & Co and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Safety

All machines and equipment must be kept away from Children and the Public to avoid danger to others. Please exercise care when using our products.

Warranty

All products are delivered with a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. 

However we seek to resolve all issues no matter the timespan since purchase dat, but expenses may apply. We reserve the right to request the return of the faulty part before a new part can be posted out.

Should there be an issue with certain aspects of operation with any equipment, we reserve the right to check the conditions and output settings as part of our support procedure, to see if the problem can be corrected remotely. We provide help in this manner to save on unnecessary returns.

For defected goods within the warranty, we will replace any faulty parts and ship them to you at our expense. The customer is responsible for transportation costs to get the goods to us, fully insured and with sturdy packaging.

In the event the goods are found not to be faulty after inspection, the customer is liable for shipping costs both ways. However, we seek to eliminate such occasions by digital inspections. 

By purchasing our products you aknowledge that the products are machined and assembled by hand. This may in som occasions cause marks on the products, that are noe eligble for refunds if the functionality is as intended.
